Internship Learning Agreement
Academic-Credit and Non-Credit Internship Learning Agreements: Centre College requires that students complete their internship learning agreements online through Docusign. This system allows students to complete contracts easily online, both on- and off-campus. Please note: students do not need to collect the required signatures. The Docusign system will send automatic notifications to required signers once the ILA has been submitted.

- ACADEMIC-CREDIT INTERNSHIP LEARNING AGREEMENT
You MUST have your internship secured with an assigned internship supervisor (at your internship site) as well as a faculty mentor (who will work with you to create the academic component for your internship) BEFORE starting the Internship Learning Agreement. - NON-CREDIT INTERNSHIP LEARNING AGREEMENT

Deadlines
Academic-Credit Internship Learning Agreement Deadlines:
• Fall 2023 Credit Internships — September 1, 2023
• CentreTerm 2024 Credit Internships — December 1, 2023
• Spring 2024 Credit Internships — December 1, 2023 (extensions available through January 31, 2024)
• Summer 2024 Credit Internships — May 7, 2024
• Fall 2024 Credit Internships — May 7, 2024 (extensions available through September 2, 2024)
**Please note that you are encouraged to submit your Internship Learning Agreement before the deadlines stated above to allow for ample time to process and obtain approvals.
Internship Funding Proposals:
• CentreTerm 2024* - November 12, 2023
• Summer 2024* - April 10, approved extensions through May 10, 2024
*ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE ON FILE WITH THE PAYROLL OFFICE BEFORE FUNDING APPLICATION IS REVIEWED. CALL 859-238-5464 TO CHECK YOUR STATUS.
