We had about one week to transition from in person counseling to telehealth and ITS was our hero! They helped us find an appropriate platform, transitioned our computers and our phones, trained us on several software programs and throughout the process they were calm and patient with our less tech savvy counseling staff. Thank you, our ITS friends for all of your work helping us do a two to five year job in about 10 days.
