Urgent Security Maintenance of the CX administrative database and Centrenet is scheduled to start at 10:00pm tonight, Wednesday January 21, 2026. We apologize for the inconvenience and the short notice. We are working with our vendor partner to install this urgent security maintenance overnight to minimize disruption. The CX database and Centrenet portal will be offline for up to 5 to 7 hours starting at 10:00pm tonight.

During this time, the CX Admin database and Centrenet will become unavailable/unresponsive.
