I have seen many people on campus (students, staff, and even food service) with masks not properly covering their nose/face, using gloved hands to touch face, etc.  How will Centre better train employees and students, and is there a way to enforce or incentivize people to follow proper use or to pass a training prior to being allowed on campus?
