To register your Mac OSX machine, please see the how-to video or the instructions listed below:

Connect to the "centrewifistart" wireless network.

Open a web browser and browse to any page, for example www.cnn.com. You will be redirected to the Centre College registration page.

Enter your username and password and click Sign In.

Accept the Acceptable Use policy.

Click Start.

Enter a device name and optional description.

Click to download the Cisco Network Setup Assistant

Click the .tar.gz file to decompress.
-
Click on the cisco Network Setup Assistant to run it.

Click Start.
-
Click Yes on any security certificate warnings. You will be asked to enter the username and password you use on your Mac to install software several times.

Click Exit.

You are now connected to the secure "centre802x" wireless network. You may close your browser.

If your Mac is having trouble loading pages you may need to turn your Wi-Fi off and back on. We've seen a small number of units that needed this extra step. You can do this by clicking on the wireless icon at the top right and choosing turn off Wi-Fi, then choose turn on Wi-Fi.
