(IMPORTANT NOTE: Android has many different versions, and many do not have the same user interface. However, the essential idea is the same, which is adding your Centre email as a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync account)
To setup Office 365 on your Android phone:

Open the Settings menu.

Tap Accounts & Sync

Choose to add an Email account. On some devices this option will be named Exchange ActiveSync.

Enter your Center email address followed by your password, then tap Next.

If prompted, you can type in outlook.office365.com as the server. (does not happen often, you shouldn't have to)

You may get a warning that your phone manufacturer will be gathering data for licensing purposes. Choose OK.

Click OK if you get a window asking you to allow the server to remotely control some security features of your device.

Depending on your personal preferences, you can leave most selections in the Account options window as their defaults. Tap Next.

If prompted, you may give your account a name to easily recognize it. One easy option would be Centre or Centre Email.
