Career Mentor Network. A collection of Centre alumni (and other friends of the college) willing to provide career information and advice to current Centre students and alumni.

Human Rights Campaign. Works to provide employers the resources they need to improve and promote fairness in the workplace. Some resources may be helpful for the job seeker.

Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index. National benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees.

Minority Students in STEM. Resources for Centre students majoring in the STEM fields.

Out and Equal. Provides career advice articles for the LGTBQ+ community.

Out for Undergrad. Helps high-achieving LGBTQ+ undergraduates reach their full potential through four conferences throughout the year.

The LGBTQ+ Entrepreneur Toolkit: 100+ Free Resources and Marketing Toolkit.  Resources for LGBTQ+ business owners including directories, associations, education, and more.

Transgender Law & Policy Institute. A non-profit organization dedicated to engaging in effective advocacy for transgender people.

Trans Job Seekers Guide: Overcoming Obstacles in the Job Market. An article with advice for transgender job seekers.

Office for Civil Rights. Website hosted by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that hosts information on and enforces one’s civil rights regarding a large index of topics.

Find Law: Gender Discrimination. Provides and overview of how workplace gender discrimination is legally defined.

Networking Tools:

The Center Career Advancement for Women. Provides connection to women leaders and mentoring, career trainings and workshops, promotion of best practices across industries, networking events, and women-focused programming at the annual LGBT career fair for LGBT women.

The Center TGNC Career Support. Provides career exploration events, case management and client navigation, legal workshops, career and leadership development groups, and networking opportunities for transgender and gender nonconforming communities.
